Customer Bans

Customer bans are useful if you'd like to stop a specific customer from making purchases on your Tebex store. Should you be in a situation where you need to do this, here's how:

  1. From the left-sidebar click 'Customers', then 'Bans'.

  2. Click 'Create Your First Ban' (if it's your first time) or click 'Create Ban' in the top-right.

  3. Enter the Username or UUID of the customer you would like to ban.

  4. Optionally, enter the IP Address of the customer you would like to ban.

  5. Enter a Reason for this ban; this will only be shown to you and your team.

You can unban a customer at any time, just click 'Unban' under the entry created on the Bans page.
