The Tebex Legends program is all about celebrating success, efforts, and the achievements you have made along the way. Stores that reach certain revenue milestones in the coming year will be opted into the program and sent some exciting, tangible rewards to acknowledge and track your tremendous progress with us.
Think of it as our way of saying "thank you" for being a cornerstone of the Tebex community.
Here’s How It Works:
No sign-up needed
You don’t need to apply or fill out forms. Once your store hits a milestone, we’ll contact you directly (make sure you check your “Master Email” for emails from our team regarding Tebex Legends).
Revenue from fiscal year only:
Only revenue generated between January 1 and December 31st of each fiscal year will count.
Milestones are store/project-specific.
If you own multiple stores, each is eligible to qualify individually, and achievements are tracked separately per store.

When will I receive an email for a milestone?
Due to the many moving parts in payment processing, it may take 1 to 2 working weeks to actually receive the email for the corresponding award you have achieved.
I’ve made this much revenue previously via Tebex! Where’s my stuff?
The Legends Programme is based on revenue effective from January 1, 2025. Since this is an annual program, previous history is not considered or calculated.
I have more than one store that has reached this threshold. How does that work?
Milestones are store/project-specific. If you own multiple stores/projects, each is eligible to qualify individually, and achievements are tracked separately per store.
Can I receive multiple awards for the same milestone my store reached?
Awards are given as 1 per store, per milestone reached. Duplicate awards are not available.
How and when will I receive or expect to receive my physical reward(s)?
In 4-6 weeks after reaching any milestones, Tebex will email your Primary Project Owner's email with the subject related to Tebex Legend from [email protected]! This email contains detailed information regarding the reward and milestone your store has reached.
Something’s wrong with my Reward (It’s damaged, has incorrect details, is defective) or didn’t arrive - help!
Please reach out by replying to the email confirming your reward details, and include a summary of what happened and what’s wrong to help you.
I gave the wrong address or moved to a different location before it arrived; how do I redirect the reward?
The address you provide in the email you receive is the one where we will ship your reward. Please notify us via the email provided as soon as possible if there are any changes.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee that the packages will be rerouted if they have already been shipped. If we can change the address on time, you may incur additional charges.
Which currency is used to calculate the milestones?
All milestone calculations are measured in US Dollars (USD).
How are milestones calculated?
Milestone calculation excludes free and manual payments, excludes sales tax, but includes fees from the payment. Payments in non-USD currencies are converted to USD before calculating.
