Store Cancellation
If you no longer wish to continue your Tebex Store subscription and want to avoid further billing, creators have the power to downgrade from a paid Plus plan to a free Starter plan. Additionally, if you have any webstores you want to remove entirely, you can follow these steps to delete them from your account.
Cancellation Steps:
Step 1: Access Billing and Plans
Log in to your Tebex Store account using your credentials.
Navigate to the "Billing" section within the dashboard.
Under "Billing," select the "Plans" tab.
Step 2: Downgrade Your Plan
Locate the subscription plan that you want to cancel.
Click on the "Downgrade" option associated with the plan you wish to cancel.
Choose the "Starter Plan" if you want to stop all payments and switch to the free plan.
Webstore Deletion Steps:
Step 1: Access Webstore Settings
Log in to the Tebex admin portal using your account credentials.
Once logged in, go to "Your Account" settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Webstores
Within "Your Account," find and click on the "Webstores" section.
Here, you will see a list of all webstores previously created under your account.
Step 3: Delete a Webstore
To delete a webstore, locate the specific store you want to remove.
Click on the red "X" icon next to the webstore you wish to delete.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
