Managing Customers on Your Tebex Store

Tebex offers tools to help you manage your customers more effectively—whether you're reviewing customer histories or blocking fraudulent or abusive buyers.

Customer Lookup (Tebex Plus feature)

The Customer Lookup tool allows you to search for and review detailed insights on individual customers. This is particularly useful for analyzing payment history, behavior, or managing disputes.

Information Available:

• In-game username

• First seen (initial store visit or purchase date)

• Total amount spent on your store

• Chargeback rate (specific to your store)

• Ban history (total number of bans across all Tebex stores)

Note: Customer Lookup is available only to Tebex Plus subscribers.

Customer Bans

You can use Customer Bans to prevent specific individuals from making purchases on your store.

Ban Options:

• Username Ban: Prevents a user based on their in-game or store username.

• IP Address Ban: Blocks users at the IP level to prevent evasion.

Banned users will no longer be able to access your store checkout.
