Understanding Your Store Statistics

The Statistics section of your Tebex Control Panel provides a comprehensive view of your store’s performance, including sales trends, customer behaviour, coupon performance, and more.

To get started, go to Statistics in the left-hand sidebar.


Available Statistics Views

You can switch between views using the dropdown at the top-right of the Statistics page. Below is a breakdown of each available view:


1. Overview

Includes high-level metrics such as:

  • Most popular packages

  • Top purchasing customers

  • Revenue by game server (if multiple servers exist)


2. Monthly Report

Displays daily metrics for the selected month:

  • Number of payments

  • Chargebacks and refunds

  • Revenue breakdown per day


3. Payments

Provides transaction-level data for a custom date range:

  • Total revenue and average payment value

  • Repeat purchase rate

  • Purchase activity by hour

  • Purchase location heatmap


4. Sales

Shows data for a selected sale and date range:

  • Total revenue generated

  • Number of purchases

  • Total customer savings (discounts applied)

  • Graphical revenue trend


5. Coupons

Data for individual coupon codes:

  • Total revenue generated

  • Number of uses

  • Revenue over time graph


6. Creator Codes

Insights for selected creator codes:

  • Revenue generated via the code

  • Commission paid to the creator

  • Number of uses

  • Graph of revenue performance


7. Categories

Displays performance per category:

  • Total revenue

  • Purchase volume

  • Revenue trend graph


8. Servers

If your store supports multiple game servers:

  • View revenue and purchase data per server

  • Graphical revenue timeline


9. Referrals

For referral-based tracking:

  • Referrer names

  • Clicks, purchases, and conversion rate

  • Total revenue generated


10. Gift Cards

Tracks how gift cards are used:

  • Gift card-spent revenue

  • Number of purchases involving gift cards

  • Revenue graph


11. Abandoned Baskets

Tracks recovery effectiveness:

  • Emails sent to customers

  • Click-backs to your store

  • Sales recovered from abandonment

  • Conversion and revenue graph


12. Purchase Follow-Ups

Shows follow-up email performance:

  • Emails sent post-purchase

  • Follow-up sales generated

  • Revenue from follow-ups

  • Visual data chart


13. Upselling

Monitors upsell success:

  • Revenue from upsold packages

  • Number of purchases with upsells

  • Sales graph for performance tracking


14. Offers

For Tebex Offers:

  • Ad impressions

  • Total revenue generated

  • Visual revenue timeline


15. Recurring Payments

Tracks subscriptions:

  • Active subscriptions

  • Estimated revenue for the upcoming month

  • Historical subscription data graph

Note: Subscription data is refreshed every 24 hours (UTC). Check back in the afternoon for the latest update.


VAT Inclusion

Each statistics view clearly indicates whether VAT is included. Hover over the "i" info icon beside the view title to confirm.


Time Zone Discrepancies

Payment exports are in UTC, while the dashboard uses your local time zone by default. This may cause discrepancies in daily totals.

To align both:

  • Go to Account Settings

  • Change your statistics timezone to UTC

Note: This will also affect any Team Accounts linked to your store.


Need Help?

If your data appears incorrect or isn't updating, try the following:

  • Payment totals misaligned? Check your timezone settings

  • Subscription data missing? Wait 24 hours for it to refresh
