### **Accepted Payment Methods for Tebex Plus**

You can pay for Tebex Plus using **credit or debit cards** and **PayPal**. However, please note:

* **PayPal balances** cannot be used for monthly recurring subscriptions due to limitations with PayPal's recurring billing system.
* If you wish to pay **exclusively using PayPal balance**, you can do so by choosing a **prepaid plan** instead of a monthly subscription.

### **Billing & Subscription Details**

* Subscriptions are billed **monthly** starting from your initial upgrade date.\
  \&#xNAN;*Example:* If you upgrade on **June 7**, your next payment will be due on **July 7**.
* You can manage or update your billing method via the Plans page.

### **Prepaid Plans: Save with Upfront Payments**

Prepaid plans offer discounted rates for Tebex Plus when you pay for multiple months in advance — ideal for creators and studios planning for the long term.

You can subscribe as a **new user**, or extend your current plan if you're already using Tebex Plus. Visit the Plans page to subscribe or contact **Creator Support** to switch from monthly to prepaid.

### **Cancelling or Downgrading Your Tebex Plus Plan**

If you're on a **trial** or currently subscribed to Tebex Plus and decide not to renew, here’s what happens when you downgrade:

* No data is deleted — your store remains intact.
* Certain features become **read-only**, **inactive**, or **restricted** after downgrade.

| **Abandoned Basket Recovery** | Access revoked; already sent links still work.              |
| **Purchase Follow-ups**       | Access revoked; previously sent discounts still apply.      |
| **Team Accounts**             | Deactivated; collaborators lose access.                     |
| **Custom Domain**             | Reverts to tebex.io subdomain.                              |
| **Referral Links**            | Stats inaccessible; links continue to function.             |
