Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your central view for understanding the performance of your Tebex project. It provides real-time insights into sales, transaction trends, and buyer behavior—all designed to help creators and studios manage and optimize monetization efforts effectively.

Key Metrics at a Glance
At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll find summary statistics covering key performance indicators:
Today's Sales – Your revenue for the current calendar day.
Month-to-Date Sales – Total income generated during the current month.
Year-to-Date Sales – Cumulative sales revenue since the start of the calendar year.
Average Payment Value – The average transaction amount from your customers.
Transaction Volume – The number of transactions processed during each period.
These metrics offer immediate insight into your financial performance and are especially useful for identifying sales patterns and seasonal trends.
Interactive Sales Graph
Beneath the summary, a visual sales graph shows transaction activity over time.
Tip: To analyze a specific timeframe, click and drag over the graph (e.g., from the 21st to the 24th of the month). The view will zoom into that range, allowing for detailed inspection of spikes, dips, or campaign performance.
Revenue Report
The Revenue Report section provides deeper insight into purchasing behavior. By default, it displays data from the last 30 days.
Included metrics:
Total Sales
Average Payment Value
Upsell Revenue
Number of Transactions
Repeat Purchase Rate – The percentage of returning customers.
Tebex Offers Revenue – Earnings generated from applied offers and promotions.
Tip: Use the dropdown in the top-right corner of the Revenue Report to switch between timeframes (e.g., last 30 days, previous month, or custom ranges).
Recent Activity Overview
At the bottom of the Dashboard, you’ll find real-time updates on:
Recent Transactions – The latest payments made by customers.
Top Packages – Your most popular items based on purchase volume.
These insights allow you to monitor the latest project activity and identify which packages are performing best.
