Adult Content Guidelines

Overview

Tebex is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive environment for all creators and users. As the Merchant of Record, Tebex takes responsibility for the content uploaded by creators using our platform. In alignment with our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 1.3), which prohibits obscene or sexually explicit material, adult content is prohibited on Tebex. This policy helps protect users from inappropriate exposure.

These guidelines outline the standards for submitting, managing, and moderating content. Creators are responsible for ensuring their content adheres to these rules. Failure to comply may result in content removal, service restrictions, or account suspension.

Adult Content Classifications

Adult content refers to material deemed inappropriate for minors or unsuitable for professional environments (NSFW). It includes the following categories:

• Extreme Violence/Gore: Excessive depictions of violence or graphic imagery.

• Nudity: Images of characters or avatars with exposed sensitive areas or pixelated body parts.

• Sexualized Content: Depictions of sexual acts or suggestive poses.

• Swearing/Profanity: Use of explicit language inappropriate for younger audiences.

A Visual Guide to Nudity Restrictions

• Nudity, including exposed body parts, is strictly prohibited on Tebex.

• Clothing must sufficiently cover sensitive areas, regardless of the character's shape or style.

• Whether human or non-human, characters wearing clothes in their game world must also comply with Tebex’s nudity rules.

• Transparent clothing that reveals or accentuates sensitive areas is considered nudity and is not allowed.

Content violations, including nudity or sexual depictions, will lead to removal and may result in permanent suspension of services.

Sexualized Content

Sexualized content, whether explicit or suggestive, is prohibited on Tebex. Examples include:

• Depictions of sexual organs, acts, or bodily fluids.

• Suggestive imagery or poses implying sexual activity.

• Items associated with sexual behaviour, such as fetish clothing or sex toys.

• Use of sexual language or slang.

These guidelines ensure Tebex remains a safe and respectful platform for all users.
