Completing your Store Review Checklist and submitting your store for its review is the first step to getting your Tebex Store online publicly.

Every new store on Tebex must pass through our New Store Review process - this is, among other reasons, so that we can ensure:
The store isn't selling copyrighted content / the intellectual property of others.
The packages listed are setup correctly and deliver content to customers.
The store doesn't break any of our terms and policies.
Stores that haven't yet passed our review process won't be able to:
Accept payments (although you can still test packages)
Be seen online publicly
The store reviews process is simple, first you'll need to follow the checklist to setup your store and then once you've completed the steps, you'll need to hit the 'Submit for Review' button that'll become available in the top-right of the page.

Once you've submitted your store for review, your store will either be:
Permanently Rejected ❌ But this doesn't necessarily mean the journey is over; it might just be that you accidentally used the wrong store type when setting up your store, or there may be another issue - please click 'Read Report' on the Getting Started page to find your exact rejection reason and next steps.
Rejected ⛔️ This can happen for a few reasons, for example if we found a problem with a specific package or with other content on your store. Please click 'Read Report' on the Getting Started page to find your exact rejection reason; when you've fixed the issue(s), you'll be able to resubmit your store for review.
When re-submitting for review, you might find there's a timer before you can do this - we process reviews in this way to keep the process fair for everyone, it's not a punishment! Feel free to resubmit your store for review as soon as you can.
Approved 🎉 Congratulations! You're approved which means you can now publish your store, if you haven't already, and start selling.
