Store Cancellation

If you no longer wish to continue your Tebex Store subscription and want to avoid further billing, Creators have the power to downgrade from a paid Plus Plan to our free Starter plan. Additionally, if you have any webstores you want to remove entirely, you can follow these steps to delete them from your account.

Cancellation Steps:

Step 1: Access Billing and Plans

  1. Log in to the Tebex Control Panel using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Billing within the Control Panel.

  3. Under 'Billing' select the 'Plans' button.

Step 2: Downgrade Your Plan

  1. Locate the subscription plan that you want to cancel.

  2. Click on the 'Downgrade' option associated with the plan you wish to cancel.

  3. Choose the 'Starter Plan' if you want to stop all payments and switch to our free plan.

Webstore Deletion Steps:

Step 1: Display your Webstores

  1. Log in to the Tebex Control Panel using your credentials.

  2. Once logged in, at the top of the left-hand sidebar, click the dropdown box with your store's name and then click 'Manage Projects'. If you can't find this, it likely means you only have one store on your Tebex Account, instead, you can click here to get to the same page.

Step 2: Delete a Webstore

  1. Locate the specific store you want to remove.

  2. Click on the Red "X" Icon next to the webstore you wish to delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
