Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal to pay for Tebex Plus. However, we regret that we cannot accept any money stored within a PayPal Balance to pay for a monthly-rolling subscription due to the recurring nature of the plan, but you can use a PayPal Balance to purchase a prepaid plan.

Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of your initial upgrade. For example, if you upgraded on June 7th, your next charge will be on July 7th.

If you're looking to solely use a PayPal Balance to pay (without a payment method like a card), you'll need to choose a prepaid plan.

Prepaid Plans

Prepaid plans are a great way to save money on a Tebex Plus subscription; they offer discounted rates for paying for more time with Tebex Plus upfront.

Here are the current offers:

3 Months - £33.72 - Save 10% vs Monthly
6 Months - £63.70 - Save 15% vs Monthly
12 Months - £119.90 - Save 20% vs Monthly

You can take advantage of these savings whether you're a new Creator subscribing to Tebex Plus or if you're an existing Creator looking to extend your Plus Plan.

Plus Plan Expiry & Cancellation

If your store is currently on a Plus Plan trial or has the Plus Plan outright and you do not wish to keep the Plus Plan or renew, there are some things you'll need to keep in mind before cancelling.

We'll never delete any data from your Tebex Store, but you might notice that certain Plus features won't work anymore, or you'll have limited access to them. Here's how downgrading affects the features in question:

Custom Templates - will be read-only, if you activate an custom template before you downgrade it'll continue to work, but you won't be able to make changes.
Sales and Coupons - will be read-only, existing sales will continue to function until they end normally.
Gift Cards - will be read-only, existing gift cards will continue to function.
Abandoned Basket Recovery - access will be revoked, recovery links and discounts already sent to customers will still work, but no more will be sent.
Purchase Follow-ups - access will be revoked, any discounts already sent to customers will still work, but no more will be sent.
Team Accounts - will be deactivated, any team accounts will lose access to your Tebex Store.
Custom Domain - will be deactivated, you'll need to use one of our free .tebex.io subdomains instead.
Referral Links - access will be revoked, existing links will still work and data will be tracked, but you'll need to upgrade again to access the statistics relating to this feature and to create new links.
