As a Creator, you can be notified via email when a purchase is received on your Tebex Store as well as setup additional email addresses to receive seller receipt emails and customer receipt emails.
Here's how to set this up:
From the left-sidebar click 'Settings' then ''.
To add additional recipients for seller receipt emails or customer receipt emails, just type the relevant emails in each box, separating each with a comma.
You can also choose to disable all Payment Received emails if you'd like - useful if your store receives a large number of payments - simply toggle emails on or off with the slider at the top of the page.
Seller Receipt Emails - An overview from a Tebex/Creators POV on the payment you've received; these shouldn't be sent to customers.
Customer Receipt Emails - A receipt sent to the customer after they make a successful purchase.
