Slack & Discord Notifications
This integration is not to be confused with our Discord bot, or our standalone Discord store.
You can link your webstore to a Slack or Discord channel in order to receive real-time notifications of events on your store. This is especially useful for stores who want to notify a private channel on Slack or Discord of an event, for example, so your admin team can begin looking into a chargeback etc.
We currently send notifications for the following events:
Payment Received
Chargeback Received

How To Set Up Slack Notifications
Go to Webstore > Notifications
Click Add Notification
Click Slack
Click Continue
Enter your incoming webhook URL (find out how to generate a webhook URL below)
Select the events you wish to receive.
Click Create
We will immediately start to send notifications to Slack as events are received.

How To Set Up Discord Notifications
Go to Webstore > Notifications
Click Add Notification
Click Discord
Click Continue
Enter your Discord channel webhook URL (find out how to generate a webhook URL below)
Select the events you wish to receive.
Click Create
We will immediately start to send notifications to Discord as events are received.
