Slack & Discord Notifications

You can link your Tebex store to a Slack or Discord channel in order to receive real-time notifications of events on your store. This is especially useful for stores who want to be notified about events as soon as possible, allowing you to thank customers as soon as possible for purchases, for example.

We can currently send notifications for the following events:

• Payment Received

• Chargeback Received

How To Set Up Slack Notifications

1. From the left-sidebar click 'Integrations' then 'Notifications'.

2. Click 'Setup Notification'.

3. Click 'Slack', then 'Continue'.

4. Generate an incoming webhook URL on Slack (here's how) and enter the URL.

5. Select the events you wish to receive.

6. Click 'Create'.

7. We will immediately start to send notifications to Slack as events are triggered.

How To Set Up Discord Notifications

1. From the left-sidebar click 'Integrations' then 'Notifications'.

2. Click 'Setup Notification'.

3. Click 'Slack', then 'Continue'.

5. Select the events you wish to receive.

6. Click 'Create'.

7. We will immediately start to send notifications to Discord as events are triggered.
