Tebex Plan Payment Methods

Choose the right payment method for you!

Tebex provides two payment methods for your store's plan: subscription-based and pre-paid plans. To upgrade to a paid plan, you can use PayPal or major credit/debit cards like Visa or Mastercard.

A payment method (like card, or card linked to your PayPal Account) is required to use PayPal to pay for a subscription-based plan, you cannot solely use your PayPal Balance to pay for a Tebex Subscription. If you're looking to solely use a PayPal Balance to pay (without a payment method), you'll need to choose a Pre-Paid Plan.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of your initial upgrade. For example, if you upgraded on June 7th, your next charge will be on July 7th. You cannot use your PayPal Balance to pay for a monthly-rolling subscription, however you can use a payment method linked to your PayPal Account. To subscribe, head over to your store's billing page.

Pre-Paid

On the other hand, Tebex offers various options for pre-paying your plan. You can head to Settings > Billing > Plans to see the available pre-payment choices. Currently, our pre-paid plans are offered in 3, 6, and 12-month blocks, all of which come with a discount compared to paying monthly. If you prefer to pay using your PayPal balance, it's possible these types of plans only.
